Looking for an affordable interior decorating direction for your office, retail or commercial space by a professional interior designer? If you're hands on or on a budget this is for you! We do the designing and you do the shopping (and saving!) This virtual e-design package starts with one 30 minute introductory zoom call to get to know your goals for the space, the budget you are working with and includes (as needed) everything from space planning, paint, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing hardware, built in and special molding suggestions, appliances, lighting, furniture, art, decor, and window treatments. Once the design is done keep the ideas you love and modify the rest as you wish. You can ask for one change/revision and you can ask as many questions as you have regarding the design. Your package will include 1-2 standard quality renderings/and or mock ups of main spaces so you can see the vision. Professional 4k asset ready renderings are available at an extra charge. ***NOTE this service includes a basic to scale floor plan based on the measurements you give but does NOT include scaled elevations or construction drawings for custom built ins or millwork or drywall. Construction drawings are available at an additional charge. ***This service takes into account basic ADA requirements however you and your contractor are responsible for meeting all commercial building and safety code requirements in your area when implementing these design suggestions. Purchase of this service is an aknowledgement that you and your contractors are responsible to confirm all field measurements and code requirements.
